A basic step for participating in ESC projects
By Globers

If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram you’ve most definitely seen this message when trying to apply for an ESC project. And you’re sitting in front of your screen wondering, what in the hell more do I have to do for this damn application!
Only one simple step that will follow you throughout all your future applications/participating in projects, actually. You need to register in the European Solidarity Corps Portal.
Don’t worry they won’t call you in to fight in case of war. (It sounds a bit like that 😅)
So, straight to the point, here is the link for the informative page of the EU on registering in the ESC and here is the direct link to registering!
If you’re bored of redirecting to a different page, do not worry, we got you:) Basic information loading…
If you decide to join the European Solidarity Corps, remember that you can register from the age of 17, but you can’t start a project until you are 18.
Participation is open to age 30. Firstly, by joining, you commit to upholding the European Solidarity Corps principles. After registering in the European Solidarity Corps portal, you’ll have access to a personal dashboard, where you’ll find published opportunities to volunteer, work, train and more.
Also, if you’ve tagged yourself as available, you might be contacted by organisations that want to match you with their projects.
. . .
Summing up, by registering in the European Solidarity Corps Platform you make your life easier because you can directly access opportunities and apply for projects. When you get accepted in one, you’ll need your ESC Identification Number (ID) in order to be officially registered in the project, so you cannot escape the process. Do it now and save yourself some time for later:)!
If you have no idea what ESC is and what I’ve been rumbling about for the past 4 minutes, check this previous article of ours for explanations. It’s a 5-minute read that could change your life and introduce you to a whole new world!
If again, you already know what this is all about and you’re looking for opportunities to hop on, make sure to follow us on our platforms (psst we post daily:)
